Here are pictures of hood in proper position. I want to purchase an LED that will fit under here. My concerns are heat and size.

Is there anyone on this forum that can recommend an LED with this data? Is there a recommendation for another forum for fresh water builds that I could be referred to?

Ok. I can. What is your budget? Do you want a fancy light (24/7, customizable etc.) or juat a basic on/off/moonlight fixture?

Under $500. I like the customization of Fluval 3.0, but I don't know anyone with experience with that model. I would like to know if it fits. Is there another forum for tank builds?

It is a good light.
