I have a 16g 21g and 7g uk gallon aquariums my mum said i can gt a bigger 1 if i sell 3 of them and gt enough money for a bigger 1 without going over the sell limit and not aure what stockind i like i have 3 peices of manopi wood and like planted bt i would like malawis could they live like that or do the need rocks ect and with the setup i said what would u suggest and what tank size a have abt 4 ft of space bt not to botherd about height bt nott to high obv

I usually see Malawais with rocks, not sure about wood, but i think they eat/destroy plants.

1 tip, always get the biggest tank you can, ive made the mistake of getting a bigger tank, only to realise i had more space/money for a bigger tank.

sounds like you have a space for a 4foot tank! why not look at some of the tanks peple hav eon here, and pick which one you like and (copy),, errr,,,errr,, research from and create your own similar type. Once you know what type of fish you want, itll be easier to say which ones you could have

I would like a comminity tank ive decided neons cardinal bolivian rams corys ect

i personally prefer cardinals to neons, they are slightly bigger with a full red stripe. I've had better luck with them too. I love bolivian rams too, so good choice.
 
I moved from a 15gal to a 50gal 4ft taking my current community into it. Over the last 5 years, members have died and ive gradually faded out the smaller fish to my preferred larger varieties, with opaline gouramis, pearl gouramis, plec, kirbs and so forth. This shift to larger fish is something you cant do with 3 smaller tanks.
