Here's my new little guy

I went out to a few fish shops today just looking around. I had the intentions of getting a 1.5 kritter keeper and a male betta. I looked around at both stores the first one didnt have any bettas and the second one had a couple but none really to my fancy. Then I was looking in a tank which had some females in it and out popped this gorgeous boy

I'm not sure what tail type he is? Maybe just a young vt? He's definately a baby still He reminds me of a mustard gas though I can't seem to capture that in pictures. He seems to come out just tourquoise but in real life he's blue,some turquoise and some yellowy/white.

I haven't bought a male betta in ages ..I only have 1 other in a bowl

So here he is what do you think?

haha All of a sudden I've got the urge to buy lots of kritter keepers and buy lots of boys. Ut-oh ) I thought I started then stopped this obsession but seems months later it's creeping back up Still though heaters are expensive here so looks like I'll have to be satisfied with my 2 boys for now

It is an addictive thing, sounds like you're relapsing. there should be warning labels on betta cups.

hmm, maybe then this forum wouldn't be ridden with Bettas Anonymous.

50,000 tears is right you are now infected with the betta virus it starts out as one and you think "oh hes pretty i think ill just stay with him for now i dont have any money anyway" a week later youll have 5 on you desk
