I was thinking of some small carpet plant? What would you suggest for this tiny tank??

it looks nice  what light you got over it? and are you using CO2?  maybe a crypt at the font?  something with a broad leaf

looks nice! as the above sugested i think a crypt would be nice and along with some dwarf hair grass if you have the space. if you do go with dwarf hairgrass its going to needed to be trimmed too keep it from looking too tall

You could try dwarf hair grass that's a nice carpet plant
