Helpppppp Golden Severums

Need help immediately,
I have two juvenile golden severums in my fish tank in my room. I got home from a mates place the other day and my female severum couldn't swim properly. It is still eager to eat food and swim around, just it continues to twirl around whilst swimming, and is having a hard time going where it wants to go. Also, the severums eyes look disorientated and are sticking out more then the males.

Any help appreciated.

What are your water stats?

What sized tank is this?

How big are the fish?

Sounds like a good case of aggression due to confined spaces or poor water quality (this especially cause of the bulging eyes).
