Looks like white spot or ich, do the other fish in your tank have it?

Are they little white spots all over her body or are they more fluffy clumped up balls?

looked up on google and i think its called ich? as this pic looks alot like mine but with less spots

Definately looks like whitespot then.

Treat it with interpet No. 6 anti whitespot.

What other fish do your have in you tank?

that a pic of ich from google ? and i don't think it is white spotit's not white enough if you get what I'm mean? more pale white with fluff??

Ich is the same as white spot just two different ways of saying it.

If your molly looks like the picture you have posted then it is whitespot. If the spots are larger and definately more fluffy then you may be dealing with a bacterial infection. But if your other fish have spots to then it most probably is whitespot.

From your pictures it looks like it is.

Treat the whole tank with interpet No. 6 anti whitespot or anyother whitespot treatment your LFS may have, follow the instructions carefully and if you have any scaleless fish read the instructions as to whether you can use the treatment you have chosen with them in the tank.

go it sorted now thanks! added the stuff after work yesterday and it has started clearing already so it working thanks for your help!
