Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check the PH again but do it 3 or 4 time in the course of a day. PH does fluctuate (although this reading is a little high)

Usualy adding CO2 will lower the PH i beleive but this needs to be controlled. Lets see what the readongs are through the course of a day before major changes are made to the chemical balance

thanks navarre i forgot to mention i was using kent marine superbuffer dKH and ive never had this problem before

Hm.. ok then you have quite a large increase. What salt are you using and have you been adding any additives to the tank?

(As well as the buffer)

at the moment im using tropic marine (the one with extra calcium in it) and i very rarely add essential ellements by kent
