Pop Eye
Pop eye is usually caused by a bacterial infection (normaly brought on by bad water or stress), causing the head to swell and the eyes to protrude. Treatment is difficult. Remove the fish to a quarantine tank and treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic.

Also do a water change in the tank to prevent other fish contracting it.
