You can use praziquantel after you have done a few water changes.
eg: treat the tank with levamisole. wait 24-48 hours, do a water change and gravel clean. a day later do another water change and gravel clean. then treat with praziquantel.

If you give the fish a good feed a few hours before you do the water change, the food might help push the worms out.
