Hi CCL the trouble with that is that the clips in it are so highly detailed and its so long. You are either going to have to lose an awful lot of the quality or cut the number of frames in it so it is only a few frames long, or perhaps both because the file is large - 1/4 mb sorry I can't have better news

They've probably got copyright and broadcasting laws attatched to them as well... B)
