i was tryin to kill of some aptasia with kalkwrasser via a pipette, and accidentally squeezed it too hard and shot a whole tube full of the stuff into the tank!! the pH has gone from 8.01 to 8.46 within a few minutes!!! what the heck can i do?!?!?!?
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Not much aside from preparing water for a large waterchange. If the tank volume is big enough, the pH shouldn't go too high. 8.46 isn't dangerous, if it starts climbing up over 8.6 then I'd be concerned

right well the pH seems to have stabalised at 8.46.. its a 300 uk litre system. what are the risks to the coral it touched before i got a chance to turn my power heads on to try and mix it all in?

What type of coral?

at 300 liters you shouldn't have problems with pH swings with that little comparative volume of kalk
