Help!

My small oscar isnt eating. Im not sure if its sick or afraid of the other fish going to the surface.
Whats the problem and what should I do

Try to get a picture up too. How does the fish look? Lacking color?

Also, if you could tell us what you're feeding, tankmates, how long you've had him, what size is he in correlation to the other fish.

How does he act when it's not feeding time?

Tank size is a 55gallon(the tank will be up-graded very soon to either a 75g or 125g/ allmost done saving up)
Tank mates another albino tiger oscar, salfin pleco, parrot cichlid. All are the same size, but the parrot is a little larger.
I do water changes once a week.

EDIT:
For now, Im feeding them flakes. I have algea disk for the pleco, and sometimes they nible off it. Also, when Im not feeding them, it mostley drifts in one spot or will swim along side the other oscar. As for size, Id say about 2 1/2inches long.

If your water params are ok (ou never posted them so not sure) and you say that he does swim with the other Oscar, I would say initially it seems with his small size that he could just be scared or shy. Did you just recently get him within the past few days?

I know you don't want to hear it but 75g is very small for more than 1 oscar.

Are the other fish particularly aggressive/outgoing during feeding? If so, this could be scaring him off.

I would try to do at least 2 wc's a week of at least 25% for right now and do more when they are larger. Oscars are extremely messy fish. How large are your water changes right now?

What filtration do you presently have?

Try feeding sinking pellets but tonight try handfeeding flakes to him or try to get them low enough in the water column that he can get to them before the others do and see how he reacts.

Has he ate earlier in this same tank, or not at all since moving him in? Could just be him settling into the tank. Try some Blood worms, or Brine shrimp, he may take that more readily.

my oscar loves frozen peas. sometimes he'll refuse to eat anything else. if you drop 5 peas in, 2 of them should be snatched up by the other oscar and parrot, and the other 3 peas will sink, giving the shy oscar something to eat. try it.

oscars are fussy things i gone through spells where they suddenly decide not to eat there usual foods,and then i get different foods to spice things up a little,,,usual feed consists of a good quality pellet hilraki and bottom feeder pellets,once or twice a week desheeled peas,chopped up shrimp/crab stick/mussles mine lo0ve these,and feeder shrimp from my lfs every so often as a treat!!!!

He mingles with the other oscar mostley and when the parrot comes around he swims away.
When I lift the lid, it surfaces but wont eat. And the Parrot mostley messes with it, and hardley ever the albino.
Also, this morning I removed the parrot, and when I feed them it ate some flakes, but spat them out( like it was eating them into smaller pieces). Next time, Ill crumble the flakes up and that may make it easy for it.

are you sure it spits them out, oscars are very messy eaters you will find more food comes out the gills than goes into its stomach!!!!
sounds like your parrot might be a bit rude towards him, rehome the parrot and keep the oscars, much better fish in my oppinon
