I was lead to belive it was called a TIFFANY WHIPTAIL!

whiptails are in the genus Loricaria and Rhinloricaria. perhaps google those names and see what you get

or is that just poor gramma and it should be Wales is in Newport.
but in a different context Newport is in Whales, if so then who is Newport and how did he end up in a Whale?
