One of my white mollies is swiming on her side! She looks like she is dizzy and can't get in the proper position! ( I have had all 4 of my mollies for about 2-3 months and she is the only female who had never looked pregnant) What can I do?!?!?!

I would suggest getting a nitrate and nitrite test kit. This would help with further anaylisis water wise.
Also does she eat much?

It may be a number of things attacking her nervous system. There are a multidude of bacteria and protozoan and even fungus that can destroy the fishes inner organs and cause them to go "crazy". These include a rhabidovirus (rabies relative), and even neon tetra disease which can affect the fishes brain. It's hard to tell. Not easily treatable. And very diffucult to find a definitive diagnosis, especially if the other water perameters are in a safe range.
