If it is the one I think it is then they can get quite aggressive, also not sure what tank size they need.
try posting a picture in the Pleco and Catfish section, quicker way for you to get an ID.

looks like a CAE to me, i had one a while back it was so evil, it ended up taking the eyes out of my other fish, even and angel fish that was atleast double it size, i personally would return everthink except the frog (assuming its an african DWARF frog not and african CLAWED frod) and shrimp then get maybe a betta/siamese fighter fish, which would be very suited for a tank that size
