What do i secure the wallpaper background for my aquarium with?

I don't know if you're in the U.S. or not, but I use Scotch Exterior Mounting Tape. I've seen it at Target, Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot. It's a very thick and strong foam-like tape and can withstand getting wet.

I just use normal sellotape - it probably cant withstand getting wet but , if your fishtank has been set up - it really shouldnt leak water anyways

You're right, furryrabbit. I'm just messy during water changes sometimes.
