ive looked all over the internet and according to all the symtoms ive found, my fish has almost every desiease and it worries me. A fish of the same kind died this morning(but because of attacks from other fish, which are now seperated)

All of my other fish are fine-

but i think also something is wrong with my water. I thought it was just my filter being dirty, but when i change it, the water on the surface remains to be a cloudy sheet. I have cleaners in and everything.

Its a fresh water fish and i really dont kno what else to do. Can anyone help me?

ok well you need to get a tester kit asap and as far as i no thats a shark you have there which is way to small for a ten gallon maybe you should do a large water change and how did you clean the filter sponge earlier? And what other fish sre in your tank?

+3 rosey barbs, a sucker fish

What you have to do when you clean the sponge is just wash it out in some of your tank water dont put new ones in every time you put a new sponge in your tank will start to cycle again. when you do a water change dont take the fish out of the tank leave them in the tank you just take some water out and put new clean water in but you have to use a water conditioner every time you add new water i would change about 40 per cent of water

i basicly do that when i vaccum- which i did in the early morning hours this morning when i noticed sharky's bubble :|

To be honest with you ive never seen anything like what your fish has and yes it does sound like it has every disease possile but i would think maybe its something internal how long has your tank been set up?

around five months or so. it looks like his chest exploded on the inside but hes still alive. But hes near the top taking in alot of air so im pretty sure hes gonna die. Which is sad cuz his friend died yesterday.

yeah he probably die which is a shame but i would try and get test kit asap because if the water is poor quality
it wont help sick fish at all it will just make them worse.

Fingers crossed :)

night update: hes still alive :D one side which has 2 spots now has one with a little tiny one and the really big spot has a hole in it, as if it was popped like a pimple.

Its stomach is still a little bloated and hes swimming near the top still, but not too much.

its weird... the spots are like blisters now with holes in them, when he goes quickly to the surface then comes back down, its like air gets inside and u can see the bubbles come out form his side.

im still afraid he might die, we will see..

if i look close enough through the whole i can see inside him :( i wish i could give him a fishy bandaid...

(these pics were taken when a whole was first found- now the whole is bigger)

I don't know what you can do but my fingers are crossed. I hope he is ok.

sad news everyone... he died this morning. he has on the bottom of my tank, just still breathing, then five minutes later he passed.

i got medication that treats open wounds, ulcers and fin rot just in case it happens to any other fish ( some things i noticed about him)

I also hav no control over my self and i bought 2 new bala sharks. One im afraid is sick, since its staying at the top with its nose out of the water. i see nothing wrong with him.. but any thoughts about ow i can make him better? all my other fish are fine.
