Help With Platy!

I posted a few days a go he was being bullied by the other male, I rehomed the bully and hoped my other make would just get better but ive realised how small he is to my 2 female platys anyway hes looking very pale and
his scales look like they are standing up its very strange, hes so skinny aswell.

When I had platties the males were smaller so that may be normal, to get more advice it will probably be worth posting the stats on the tank - see one of the pinned threads at the top!
