Help With Plant

Hiya guys i was wondering if anybody would be able to help me with this plant, i'm sure its a jave of some kind. The problem i have is how should i plant it? i have in burried in the substrate at the minute but i hear it should be tied onto a rock or bogwood, any help we be gratefully recieved, thanks.

It is Microsorum pteropus or Java Fern, tie to wood or rocks, if you bury the rhizome it will rot and die.

ahh ok i will have to find a rock to tie it too, is it a n easy grower? and does it spread easily?

It is a slow growing low maintenance species, it shouldn't require any additional care as long as you don't have a crazy amount of light over the tank.

well i have juwel rio 300 and i have the lights on from 16:45 utill about 23:00 each day, i use plants alive grow tabs and also dose florish exell every other day.....when i remember lol anything you think i could do better?
