Unfortunately that filtration doesnt sound suitable for a mrine tank at all, possibly you migth get away with a very lightly stcoked fish only tank but certainly you want to do soem research onto live rock filtration

I was also conerned as to the fact that you were not sure as to what was taking care of your Bio filtration
