We need to know how much light you have (watts) what type (T5/ T8...) co2? fertilisers/ nutrients?

There is a pinned thread in the planted section which might help but foreground plants which are easy include:

java moss
Christmas moss
Willow moss
Marsilea quadrifolia
Hemianthus micranthemoides
Hemianthus callitrichoides
Small cryptocorynes (parva, lutea, lucens, etc)
Anubia petite nana
echindorous tennulus

plantgeek.net is a good website, you can choose to look at foreground plants, and there requirments.

Hi david419 :)

I'm going to move your thread to the Planted Tank section and my post here will bump it to the top of the list. It would be helpful too, if you answered aaronnorth's questions. :D

hi, i have 180l tank with t8 42" light tube which is 38w i think its called aquaglow??
no fertiliser or nutrients

you will have around 1WPG so you should just be able to grow the above, add ferts to help, without upgrading the lighting and co2 you can't do much about it. Did you have a look at plantgeek?
