Help with floating partials

I seem to have all these little white partials floating around and I can’t seem to get rid of them

they look like tiny oxygen bubbles but its hard to tell

Does the filter have floss?

I do have filter floss I have just upgraded to a fluval 207 canister and it’s now crystal clear I still have the old filter running aswell for about a month?

Are they like little cotton balls ? , i had them in my tank and got rid by doing water changes and fishing them out.

If the filter floss is not trapping them, maybe they are bits from the new filter itself, when it was manufactured or cut?
Try a big water change to reduce them.
