Help With 2Ft Tank

A while ago I posted about the new home for my rams well I've been keeping 4 black phantom tetra in the tank to keep the filter going for about 4 week now and really want to get cracking with a scape suitable for my ram. Here's a pic of how it looks at the mo (abit sorry for it's self)

I'd really like to retain the piece of root wood and would like to add two amazon swords but after that I'm stuck. Am I right in saying my rams will need plenty of hiding places ?

All suggestions welcome guys and if you have any photos of 2ft tanks please share

Vallis in front and in the wood

then get some java moss/fern for the coconut

and Dwarf Sag all over the floor xD

Anyone know where i can buy black amazon swords? lol

I have a few similar pen scribles in boxes that vaguely resemble my tank too. Saves spending three hours with your hands in the tank trying to decide! |Its hard though, so much choice!

Here's my 2 foot tank Craig

You could make your own caves with rocks and silicone - cover them with moss... pygmy chain sword would look great as a carpet. Hairgrass would work too but not sure if it needs co2...

Crypts would work well as a mid ground plant in between the swords at the back and a grassy carpet at the front...
