Help- White Spot Treatment

Can any one advise? I have seen some with spot in my tank but I have an elephant nose and the treatment I normally use says cant use it with him. What can I do to treat so I don't kill him

Is there not any other kinds of treatments/makes out there that will allow you to treat with that fish?

Can you put him in a separate hospital tank to treat him alone, then treat your main tank?
If not I would raise the temperature slowly to 29 degrees c and do lots and lots of gravel vacuuming at least twice a day
If you check out the life cycle of the ich protozoan you will see why you need to speed up its life cycle to remove it from the tank.
The treatment will be slow going but should work as long as they are not too bad already
But make sure that temp is ok for all of the fish in the tank first otherwise they will die anyway

I agree with laurac94 - isolate the elephant nose and then treat the rest of the tank.  I hope your white spot goes away quickly!  Good luck.
