HELP! Sick yo-yo Loach!

Hi, could anyone help me save my yo-yo Loach, today it is laying at the bottom of tank and barely moving. My other loaches seem complete fine and are budging it trying to get it up.

ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 5-10
Last night it ate complete fine as usual and is usually super active and crazy. His gills are going like mad

the only thing different is I added some aquarium salt as my black molly had a bit of ich, but I must have done that 20-30 times before no problems with this fish.

It has been bloated looking for months now and I assumed pregnant, does it look like it’s egg locked ?

Salt doesn't treat whitespot (Ich).

Check the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH of the tank water.

Wipe the inside of the glass with a clean fish sponge.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks. Wash filter media/ materials in a bucket of tank water and re-use the media. Tip the bucket of dirty water on the garden/ lawn.

I have just not complete a 70% water change, before changing I checked my levels above and have ph gauge in the tank reading about 7.5.

I use a very concentrated tap water conditioner so I usually use slightly too much so no chlorine. I have changed both parts of the filter in the last month and it’s been cleaned in between water changes.
We have had a small issue with nitrates since we moved house in January and so I make sure I check every other day and do water changes were necessary and add in beneficial bacteria.
I’m wondering if I should treat the tank with anything else now ??
