Thank you! I’ve done everything but the adding bacteria, unfortunately everything is closed around me. But I’ve stopped feeding and I’ve started doing water changes with conditioned water, hopefully they start cheering up

You don't have ot add liquid bacterial supplements. The tank will cycle without them. But the supplements help speed the cycling process up.

Let me explained about cycle your tank (My answer from another thread) cycle a tank is when you put ammonia and nitrite down to 0 by using nitrosomonas bacteria to "eat" ammonia and turn them to nitrite then another bacteria name nitrobacter and nitro spira will "eat" nitrite and turn them to nitrate. You can speed up the process by buying these ‘bacteria bottle’ as @Retired Viking said.

Update! Fish tails are less red today and their gills are too! The water changes seem to be working yay! I’ll update every day
