Help Resealing

ive been given a 160 liter tank but its in a real bad way whoever has tried to reseal it messed it up big time ive had to take the front off it because it was so loose

so ive got all the silicone off just waiting for my rubbing alcohol to arrive

but ive noticed a chip in one of the side pannels in the bottom corner near where i took the front off it does not go all the way through but it is on the edge where the front buts up against it

do you think it will be ok to just fill it when i put the tank backtogether?

Turn the pain round so the chip is at the top The corners are where the most pressure is exerted, so you need the full gluing area
