I have 2x 750 fluval filters which is probably 3 times more than i need

any advise really appreciated

it depends on what type of plecostomus you have and how often you do water changes. I would say you are pretty close to being overstocked. However, if you do regular water changes and gravel cleans, and the nitrate levels stay low between water changes, then you are fine.

It seems to be overstocked looking at that list. But most of those species don't grow larger than 3". The plecos could be a concern in the future as if they're common plecos, which they probably are, they can grow upwards of 18"+. That'll take some time however. I'd say if you keep up on the water changes you should be good, 20% weekly and you'll be fine I'd say.

Hi
Thanks
The 2 plecs are
1 bristlenose and 1 clown plec so both only small breeds.
