Well so far all of my fish have been fine (see sig.) except these two/now becoming three guppies.. well basically it seems that their tails have been ripped (like a petal would be) at the bottom third of their tail, which causes them difficulty swimming and eventually causes them to die because it seems that they have difficulty swimming and therefore eating. 
this has happened to two so far and now its happening to a third. my Water parameters are pretty much perfect (the ph is a bit high though) and i have regular water changes. any help would be really appreciated as it seems im losing my guppies one by one (they are my fave.) oh actually before i forget it seems that the eyes of the seemingly infected guppy are really big and bold. cant find anywhere with they remedy, so if someone could help that would be great..
