Help please I am desperate.

Please someone help me I have a 60l aquarium that is a mess, a desaster, I had a female guppy that was doing white stringy poo but I didn't knew what it was and she died, then after giving birth 2 of the other guppys were doing that poo and they had sunken belly, so I searched and found out that it was a parasite, then I started to give them Esha Hexamita in a separate tank cuz supposedly it cures it, then my female swordtail started to have in the main tank too then I gave to the main tank the medicine, then in a space of one hour in the next day a Kuhli died another guppy female and a Molly in one moment she was eating like crazy almost fighting for food then I go back 1 hour after and she is in the bottom not moving and in a space of 4 min she died, I don't know if it is something wrong with the medicine, I am giving the right dosage, my tank has no amónia and no nitrite and nitrate 15ppm in a space of 1 week this happened.

If your dosage is correct, then it could be the parasites that killed the fish.

How long did you treat them with eSha Hexamita?
Usually you have to treat the tank for 3-4 weeks.
All tanks that have the fish need to be treated because the parasites or worms will lay eggs that stay in the tank and reinfect the fish again.
And the parasites will hatch every 4-5 days or depending on the water temperature.

Sometimes it could be wrong diagnosis.
The fish could be having internal worms rather than internal protozoa.
For internal worms, you will have to use Praziquantel or Flubendazole(cover more types of worms).
Its common for live bearer(Guppies) to have internal worms or protozoa when they come from farms.

The dosage it says to do is 3 days of medication 1th day 25 drops for 100l then the 2th and 3th 15 drops for 100l, I am in the 2th day, and since I have 60 l I just did the count, they are just doing a strange poo in a thin line white and really long and the ones that are not doing it and doing a orangy red poo, then after some time they get a sunken belly and they start to hide and don't swim a lot then they stay most of the time or in the bottom or in the top staying almost vertically.

Did the fish stop passing white poo after you used the medication?
You need to verify the effectiveness.
If its not effective, then you need to change medication.
If its effective, then you have to continue to use for another 3-4 weeks to kill off the remaining parasites that are in eggs form.
They will only hatch later on.
The medication only can kill the swimming parasites and not the eggs.

If your medication is effective, you can continue to use esha Hexamita. I suppose it contain Metronidazole but I cannot find its ingredients.

For this type of packaging, a small scoop is provided. Each scoop treats 136 liters of water.
So, for 60 liter, it will be slightly less than half a scoop.
For other type of packaging, I am not sure but most likely there will be a scoop provided.

But I will try to get the Esha gdex and Esha ndx if it is helpful too cuz I have them available here in Portugal, another question do you recommend doing 2 different Esha products for exemple at the same time or it is to much for fishes to handle?

Thanks mate you was really helpful I will try to do that cuz I need to solve this fast so they stop dying it's frustrating, from 2 to 2 weeks it's a new problem a new desease they will not even enjoy well the new aquarium I am waiting for delivery will upgrade to the fluval flex 123l, and I am going crazy cuz they are dying.

Just more one question should I do the medication to the fry too? Cuz I have some 70 fry in the baby's aquarium.

Are they kept with the parents?
If yes, you will have to treat them also because if the parents passed the worms into the tank, it will also affect the fry.
But for fry, you will have to be careful with the dosage and not to overdose.

As far as I know, Praziquantel is safe for the fry.
But for other medications, I am not so sure.
