well a few samall ones neon size and some a bit bigger

I presume you want to keep a community tank? If so, what you'll probably want some top, mid and bottom dwellers, however, you won't be able to have too many.

Maybe you could have around three (SMALL) corydoras as bottom dwellers, a school of six neons as mid and possibly a dwarf gourami?
You'll need to ask about these in there specific forums, as I'm afraid I don't know much about these fish, or their maximum sizes.
Gouramis - Gouramis and other Anabantoids
Corydoras - Catfish
Neons - Cyprinids, Characins and Atherinids

No. Neons need to be in groups of 6+. Hillstream loaches are coldwater/semi tropical. Colour glass fish? Sound dyed  They are injected with dye, very very stressful, weakens their immune system, the colour fades, they are very weak fish, and the needle is like you being given an injection with a pencil  . Their immune system is constantly trying to get rid of the dye. Don't get them. Go with
6 neons
3 platys (1 male, 2 female)
3 cories/khuli loaches

Gives you a good combo of what you like, not to heavily stocked.

ok how about 4 neons
2 guppies
and what ones could i get now a bit bigger

Forget the fish. You can't get any until after you have CYCLED. If you don't, they'll all die.

Read the links in my signature and make sure you udnerstand everything. Then cycle the tank (it'll take 2-6 weeks). Once this is done, you can ask about fish.
