Help! New Ornament Troubles

This is what is happening with mine. Took it back today and got 3 more ornaments instead

all natural rocks and wood
Water is fine now I've taken the piece of crud out!!!

 
That's some good news! It will be all the more attractive for it too.

Glad to hear you removed it. Always do your own research before buying things from P@H. They do tend to sell lots of cheap plastic tat rather than more natural products like bog wood which has always concerned me.
