Guppy fry are pretty hard to resist! Tiny little things, big eyes... she couldn't leave those little cuties hungry!
I found three more guppy fry in the parent tank today, bringing my total for this batch to 37 :D
Cool not sure how many I have rounded up now .twenty something. Could you tell me what these ugly things are in my sand ? Only tiny .had to zoom in are they creatures or just part of the sand?

I have no idea! Doesn't look like anything living, pick it up and see. Looks like a bit of stone or plant detritus.

I would wait 2 to 3 them put in the main tank. Luke you say you've only 1 tank. Ask the local shop what size they'll take them at. I wonder as they get bigger will more water changes be needed for the tank?

Both @AdoraBelle Dearheart & @Retired Viking have more guppy fry experience. You've only in be tank so I think keep them there until you can sell them.
Went to my lfs today on my lunch break to ask if he would take some of my fry if they make it . He said he'll buy them off me no problem at about 4 weeks . So great to have an outlet .. and look what I seen . I couldn't resist this big guy . Only one he had .I thought my other cories were big . This guy is huge . His fins and barbles look amazing. I must try and get a better picture when my light us on ..:):)

Wow he's a chunky. @HoldenOn would love him!

That's great news & fours week really isn't that long to mind the fry! Delighted for you. Has everything settles down in the tank now?

I do weekly readings now that my tank has a pattern. I do weekly water changes too even if readings are ok. If I see any weird behaviour I test Ammonia, Nitrite & Nitrate. Hopefully you'll have an easier time with the tank now.

Yes well I lost a couple more of my small corie and 2 neons . I think they never recovered properly. Doing daily water changes at the moment until my test kit comes (hopefully tomorrow)I had algae on my plants again that I hadnt realised built up and my guppies and swordtail where eating it and pooping lots so I think I mite of had an ammonia spike . Added some extra bacteria today .Took my plants out and dipped them in bleach . It worked really well . Also changed my lighting schedule to have in on during the day ,the only downside is it goes off at 8:30 . So I cant see them much now . Looking at getting a blue moonlight for evening time . Do you have one ? Fry doing great . Lost none yet . Got the proper cage thing for them today so think it will be better with the water moving through it ,compared to my bottle

I'm pretty sure the big ones are girls with corydoras
Was just gonna say, think that's a chonky girl ;) Hard to tell with those pics and I'm no expert, @NCaquatics would know! But generally big chonky ones are the mature females :D

Sweet that the last one in the store has some friends now! I could never buy the last batch of a schooling fish and leave one on its own, I bought an extra guppy when I planned to get a batch of five, just 'cos I didn't want to leave number six on her own, lol. So glad you got her!

My new tank has the blue light and I got a dimmer for it so I can have very low light in evenings. For my small tank with the room light on I can see them but my kid prefers putting the tank light on. You could not have it on early in morning so instead you've time in early evening.

This is my light and dimmer but they work with glass top tanks.

I was looking at that exact one and seen it recommended a glass top but some people in the reviews said it was working ok for them under a hood . But I didn't chance it . Mite be safer with a waterproof one
