Help , My Puffers Wont Eat Snails

Hi,

I have 2 ASP's and they won't eat snails. At the moment they are 1 1/2" long and very happy to eat mysis, bloodworm (frozen. They turn their noses up at anything else..please help..I know about their teeth and they are in a 110 litre tank, fully cycled, ammonia and nitrates 0. They are very active and nosey. Tank very heavily planted and go mad at feeding time.

try mixing the food you want them to eat and the food that they like to eat, they may fall for it. What food are you trying to feed them that makes them turn their noses up?

Snails!!! Or I'm going back to Uni for constant dentistry!

Yeah, I know the ramhorn ones are too hard for their teeth

k, well i cant help with that since i dont have puffers and dont know about them, but if you need i think i have a link on how to cut back tehre teeth.

Thanks for your help. I have a link on how to trim their teeth.......just wish they'd eat snails.......
