Help My Poor Betta

I really caution you to not feed him as much as you just did.  You will end up with a bigger issue than what you are currently dealing with if you continue to overfeed.  Bettas are bad to get bloated and be overfed cause they are piggies.  When deciding to feed, always remember that their belly is only as big as their eyeball so they really do not need a ton of food.  I am glad that he is perking up for you.

While bettas can be perfectly fine in an unfiltered tank it is not recommended.  In this case it is even more highly not recommended since the fish is already suffering from poor water quality and ammonia poisoning. Leaving this particular person's betta in a tank without a filter for 2 weeks would not work out very well in this instance.

While it might have helped your betta when he was sick I highly doubt it was the reason your betta was ill or even why it lived.  Your filter might have been a bit strong for him which is why it seems that removing the filter helped him.  Also since I can not see the picture of "after" he got better it doesn't show me much.

it was the reason the filter was strong and rotted his fins so i turnred it off and he saved

Unfortunately I can tell you that the filter being too strong did not rot his fins.  There must have been water quality issues going along with the strong filter flow that would have caused the fins to rot.

They did not rot exactly bug as my photo shows they clamped due to filter power

Clamped fins and rotted fins due to finrot are very different issues.  Clamped fins are a sign of stress and could signal illness. Rotting fins are due to water quality issues.  The OP's betta is suffering something very different that the betta you had/have that you are referring to when giving advice.  It is best that they not listen to your advice at this point because it could be very detrimental to the recovery of their betta.

OP -- How is your betta doing?  Any better?
