Help My Oscar!

I woke up this morning and suddenly my Oscar has these white spots on him. It seems to fit the description of Ich except they aren't all just small spots, one under his eye is probably a centimeter long. He has the fine dusting of white spots like salt grains but some larger ones as well. Is this Ich or a different fungus?

Whitspot look like they have been sprinkled in salt.

Yeah he has that but as I understood it, Whitespot doesn't make large white protrusions.

If you treat him he will be fine just watch him though

Raise the temp and add some salt. Take the carbon out of the filture pad and do the ick meds as required.

Never kept oscars and no nothing about them can you keep other fish with them.
