Help Me With This Poor Sick Betta

if he is still active swimmign and eating I would try the meds and super clean water. I think I am probebly the first one to ethanise when a fish apears to be in real pain. but I also have a betta that has pretty far gone cancer who is still active swimming and eating, so I will let your fish keep trying untill he apears to be in pain.
