help me all and cfc!!

hello all....cfc especially. can you help me?
i want to know how common synodontis eurystomus(s.polli) or leopard catfish are. I kinda like them in the books and have never seen one. asked in fish shop in addlestone and they said i would never see one!!

For the synodontis they are probably right, as most synodontis species are wild caught very few get imported each year and those that do get snapped up by catfish enthusiasts before they reach the shops, really the only ones that are commonly seen are nigriventris, decorus, eupterus, petricola, multipunctatus and angelicas as these are now tank bred/farmed.

By "leopard catfish" which species do you mean? Common names can be miss leading as the same name is often given to several species.
