Help Identifying Fish

I purchased this small fish but don't really know what he is.
He's (or she?) is about 2" long and is all silver. Being kept in a cold water tank.

bottom left is a giant danio i have no clue what the pictured one is!

That's a tough one. A completely nondescript silver fish...the possibilities are endless! (well not really but you get the point)

Well, whatever he is i feel sorry for him as he obviously wasn't meant to be there in the shop. He's hell bent on getting out of the tank and spends all day swimming up and down the glass front.
