Help Identifying A Fish.

i bought a pair of fish at my LFS and i was told they were a male and female of the same species. i went back to the fish shop and they no longer sell the fish, and no staff seem to know what i am talking about when i describe them. can anyone identify them for me? i only have a photo of the male... but if i can identify that i can see if i really have the right female.
