Help identify little Critter

The snail above the eggs doesnt look like a ramshorn to me...i would say its the common snail (dont know the name!)

Its doesn't look like either. Like I said I have ramshorns and I think it is too much of a coincidence I started getting these lil guys so soon after geting the ramshorns and finding eggs etc... They are just so small its hard to get a good picture of them.
