i have raised the water temp to 85, i added aquarium salt. my ph is 7.8 ammonia dh and kh are all good. This just happened what can i do to help. I have turned off the carbon filtration and treated it with coppertone. Any suggestions

what you've done sounds good thus far. By raising the temp you are going to speed up the lifecycle of ich, once it's reached full cycle and is floating around in the water the salt will kill it. If you feel you must use chemicals as medication then I would suggest something with malachite green in it.
