HELP I NEVER USED FORUMS AND MY FISH ARE DYING

Now in order to be able to help you need to answer these questions:

1. Water parameters. (ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, PH, temp', Hardness etc)
2. A full description of the fishes symptoms.
3. How often you do water changes and how much.
4. Any chemicals and treatments you add to the water.
5. What tank mates are in the tank.
6. Tank size.
7. Finally Have you recently added any new fish?

Without this information there is about a million different things it could be.

Well you obviously know how to use forums now that you're posting, and replying, so how about replying to the questions that were asked in order to try and help you/them?

And while I'm here - did you know that using all CAPS is considered shouting in forums?

I HAVE A 46 GALLON ROUNDED FRONT TROPICAL TANK WITH A PLACO BEFORE YESTERDAY SOME BLEEDING HEART TETRAS BLUEBERRY TETRAS SHARKS AND 2 NEW BLUE BOTTOM FEEDERS THAT I GOT AT THE PET STORE THEN EVERYONE STARTED DYING THE PH IS A LITTLE HIGH AND I TRIED TO ADJUST IT I NEVER USED FORUMS BEFORE AND AM COMPUTER ILLITERATE IF NO ONE WANTS TO HELP THEN ILL DEAL WITH IT MYSELF I THOUGHT THERE WERE FISH LOVERS IN HERE THAT LIKE ME HATE TO SEE FISH DYE WITHOUT DOING EVERYTHING I CAN IT HURTS ME TO WATCH THEM DYE

Do you have the PH readings, by blue bottom feeders do you mean Crayfish, do the fish have any symptoms of disease for example white spots?

Well we're getting more info now, and yes you've come t othe right place for fish lovers, but you have to help us to help you. I don't know a huge amount on the subject of diseases/illnesses, but would hazard that question 1, 2 and 4 are the key questions here.

Wow - loads of posts while I was composing mine, so apologies for commenting again on the caps.

Personally I would quit with trying to adjust the pH. Not worth the aggro as far as I can tell from the multitude of posts on here about it.

i just added two blue {in color} bottom feeders to the tank from the local pet store could they have had ich when i got them? the tank was running great for years with no trouble but i did change the water for the first time in almost a year a few weeks ago but the fish that die after water changes usually die before weeks after the change form my 10 year experience with a tropical tank how do i get the tank back to healthy if it has ich i dont want to loose my placo especially and he is lookin kinda sick too thank you very much for your help and patience
