Hi

My PH has at 6.0 and some PH lower was added in error instead of PH increase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no PH increase and it is 9 hours before shops open.

Any home style suggestions to raise PH??

Cheers

You don't want to go messing around with the PH using chemicals too much. Fish can't take big huge swings up or down...

Having said that.... The previous poster asked about the level out of your tap so you can maybe establish why you're having a problem.. At least I think that's why..

If you have water conditioners there you can do a water change like 25% but no more and that is if it's higher than 6 out of the tap.
Good luck!

are you trying to breed special color forms of angelfish or discus in mass quantities with high survival rates? If not you shouldnt need to worry about ph much and dont use pH up or down.

Baking soda is the most common natural way to raise ph. I've never used it, though so I can't give you the exact measurements. Like the others I highly recommend against messing with the ph though. Where I live, our ph is 8.6 and we have a local(and successful) angel breeder. I've never messed with the ph and I've kept a wide range of fish.
