Help High Nitrite again

I had slightly high nitrite yesterday so I did a water change, and today I tested and it was even higher. The water I put in tested fine. Should I keep doing frequent water changes? PLease help, I lost an ADF because of this I think.

sounds like the tank is cycling and the nitrite is spiking. The only way to keep it down is daily water changes until the cycle finishes. Do about 15-20% change daily until the nitrite drops to zeero and stays there for a couple of days. Keep us posted.
