I am so afraid of that happening to my tank 
I really have no reason to be worried, but that thought is always in the back of my head.
Elizabeth, I'm glad Perfecto was easy to negotiate with, but are you sure you want another tank from them? Apparently their line of tanks are not the best choice, and if the tank they're giving you is made the exact same way, I would think this incident will happen again.
Just a thought. I would go with a different brand tank and use the tank they're giving me as a terrarium and get a little snake or something
