Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): none

Exposure to chemicals:eek:nly water conditioner and bio support here and there

i dont have a water testing kit so i cant tell my ph and so on but if anyone has recommendations i would love to hear them because over the past month and a half ive lost about 5 fish

thanks for your time

how long as your tank been running is it fully cycled i would reccomend more frequent water changes maybe 25% every 2 weeks and get yourself an ammonia nitrate and nitrite test kit oh and test ph

the tanks been running for a good 4-6 months and im gonna do a water change as soon as i get home i think its cuz i dont do enough water changes

but what kind of water do u usually use when u do a change i usually boil water nd when it cools down pour it into the tank cuz i dont know of any other ways

if u do can u let me know

thanks

you boil the water? is it well or city water? if it's city water, boiling it isn't going to get rid of the chemicals used to treat it, only water conditioner or leaving it out in a bucket to age it will take care of that. Might want to try getting a kit to test PH and ammonia and all because if that's your problem, you probably won't know unless you test.

good luck

hmmm it is city water so i guess ive been wasting time boiling it im just gonna use water conditioner then

thanks guys for ur help
