Help! Fish Are Dying

I cleaned my tank out this morning, when I finished i noticed 1 black widow tetra drifting around the tank upside down, though it was still vaguely alive, 1 fish died then 2 more started drifting around upside down (still alive)! What shall I do? And what is happening? I have not done anything to the tank recently that I haven't already been doing for the past 2 years

Did you make sure the water was dechlorinated? Or was the bucket you used used in other purposes?

Made that mistake when i was alot younger as my bucket was the same as our mop bucket :O Fish and a bucket used with bleach dont mix :O

It does sound like the water wasn't dechlorinated, or water was too hot or cold and shocked the fish.
