Help - Bloated Bn Catfish?

Help! Please.
It may be nothing but i noticed this morning that my Bristle Nose Catfish is extremely bloated.
He doesn't seem to be moving around as much. Not sure if he has an air bubble? or constipated? Just hope it's not a parasite.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Or has anyone come across this before?

Can I ask you a few more questions, hoping that'll give a bit more insight into what might be wrong with it?

How big is your tank, how long has it been set up and is it cycled? What are your water stats, when did you last do a water change and what are you feeding the fish? What fish are in the tank?

Its a 10 gallon tank i do water changes once a week with tank water, so theres no chlorine although i do still add stuff to the water.
The last water change would of been only a couple of days ago.
In my tank there are a couple bristle noses, a few corydoras, 2 angel fish and a few snails.

Your tank is very overstocked, I'm afraid; there's no way angels can be kept in a 10 gallon tank, they get far too big. How many cories is 'a few'?

It would be helpful if you could post the results from any water tests, but in the meantime, I'd do some large (80 or 90%) daily water changes for a few days and see if that helps; most fish 'diseases' turn out to be related to poor water quality, so that's always the best place to start.

I use tank water instead of tap water since the chlorine in the tap water.
Theres only 2 peppered corys.
Ok no worries i just did a 80% water change, i have also put the BN in a separate tank for now. I'll let you know how it goes.

But where is the tank water coming from? The idea of doing water changes is to add new, clean water to the tank. Old tank water will be full of nitrate and other undesirable substances. You can use a dechlorinator to get rid of the chlorine from the tap water.

No what i mean is i use tank water from a storage tank, as in rain water. I still use dechlorinator but obviously since its fresh water it hasnt got as much chemicals in the water
