Help! 6 Neons With Fin Rot, One With Pop Eye.

Please Help!  All 6 of my neons have got varying stages of fin rot, and one has popeye.  They're sharing a 150 Litre (40 Gallon) tank with one albino Bristlenose.  They've got 170 litres worth of internal filtration.  Will post water quality and photos once I get them.

Other than the water parameters, can you tell us how long the tank has been up and running? How long have the fish been in the tank? Any recent editions(fish, decor, plants)? Temperature of tank? Number/frequency of water changes?
